Do I Need an Allergy Evaluation?

You should consider an allergy evaluation if you have:

  • a chronic cough
  • bronchitis
  • recurrent sinusitis or ear infections
  • pneumonia
  • poorly controlled or severe asthma
  • chronic nasal congestion
  • post nasal drip or allergy symptoms
  • adverse reaction to foods, stinging insects or drugs
  • persistent or recurrent hives or swelling.

Did you know?!?

  • Not everyone needs to be skin tested.
  • In many cases we can use blood testing for allergy in place of skin testing.
  • A small number of skin tests can supply enough information to effectively diagnose and treat most patients.
  • Allergy shots are not for everyone.

We can test any age patient if necessary.
